Mobiles Republic has announced it is the technology and content provider powering HTC BlinkFeed, a new experience that creates a customised live stream of news and social updates on the home screen of the new HTC One smartphone.
HTC BlinkFeed is a new user experience that transforms the home screen into a single live stream of personally-relevant information such as social updates, entertainment and lifestyle updates, news and photos.
HTC BlinkFeed aggregates fresh content from relevant and interesting sources, allowing consumers to snack on information, without the need to jump between multiple applications and web sites. To enable this new dynamic approach, HTC has worked with Mobiles Republic to offer regional and global news content from an extensive line up of the most innovative media companies in the world.
